EEIRC 

THE POSTER FOR THIS EVENT IS HERE:  ARC – EEIRC Poster 2

This event will take place on 1st May 2016 at 12.00 pm at the Peninsular Sports Centre, Holbrook IP9 2QX.  The event is open to all comers and prizes will be awarded for the fastest rower in each age group.

Don’t worry if you haven’t rowed before on an Ergo, so long as you are fit and able to undergo strenuous exercise, there will be coaches available to show you the basics.  Rowing and especially indoor rowing is a very quick sport to learn – but it takes a lifetime to master!!

Team Events

We are offering a team event for teams of 4 people. These can be all male, female or mixed teams (2 male, 2 female) in adult or junior (Under 18) categories.

Entry Fee

The entry fee is £ 5.00 per person per race.  So if you enter in Adult (20-25 years) and Team (Mixed 20 – 25 years), the fee for one person would be £ 10
